The HearDis! Music Player and the device used to access its application must be connected to the same network. Please contact your company's IT department if you are unsure if this is the case.
The HearDis! player application is designed with a mobile-first approach for Chrome on iPhone and Android smart devices, which we recommend for accessing the player application. However, the full range of functions is also available to you on any desktop computer - even your POS system, as long as it comes with a web browser.
As it is a progressive web application that runs in the browser, there is no need to download an app from the App Store/Play Store.

443 TCP - to connect to Cloudlink and the web terminal

No, you can access the Player Application from any device with a browser - we support Apple as well as Microsoft or Android systems. As long as the device is connected to the same network as the HearDis! player, you have access to all the functionalities.
Yes! The HearDis! Player App is a progressive web application, which means you don't have to download or install anything.
Great news: Most features of the HearDis! Player and Dashboard come included in our Core Plan. That means you get powerful functionality right out of the box. Only a few advanced tools - like dynamic Volume Scheduling - require an upgrade to the Premium package.
